The Malvern Hills Decorative and Fine Arts Society is a local society, founded in 1976, and is situated in the West Mercia Area of Fine Arts Societies and affiliated to the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies.

We arrange a programme of lectures on a Wednesday evening each month from September to May in Colwall Village Hall, Mill Lane, Colwall. Coffee is served from 7.00 p.m. before the lecture starts at 7.30 p.m.

We arrange a week-long overseas tour every two years; about three one, two or three-day visits a year and hold one "Day of Special Interest", with a lunch provided, which takes place in a member's house.

We contribute to arts projects for the young through local schools and organise a schools art award every two years.

We have a Church Recorders' group which produces detailed records of the contents of places of worship. Please take a look at the notice board.

We run a Heritage Volunteers scheme. Our volunteer members carry out textile and book conservation and as well some of our members act as guides at Little Malvern Court.

Although we have a small waiting list for membership at the moment, if you would like more information click here to contact us.
